Taking this moment to center myself, breathe deeply, and prepare for the journey ahead. Surgery can feel overwhelming, but I’m choosing to embrace this time for healing, reflection, and self-care. 🧘‍♀️✨

Grateful for the support of loved ones, and for the peace and strength that I’m finding here at Ojo Caliente. The calming atmosphere remind me that every step of healing is a step towards renewal. 🍲💖
