I’m so thrilled to share that I’m back in the treatment room and I’ve missed this deeply. If you were a client at One Mind Spa back in the day, you’ll be happy to know that you’ll find many of the same nurturing treatments you loved, along with a refreshed and expanded menu of offerings to support the whole woman mind, body, and spirit.

Over the last few years, my path has beautifully evolved. I’m now weaving together holistic esthetics, doula care, and photography to serve women in all seasons from self-care and skin health to birth and beyond.

✨I’ll be offering once-a-month Pop-Up Spa Days using organic skincare, intuitive touch, and grounding bodywork.
💆🏽‍♀️Facials, lymphatic work, body rituals, pregnancy-safe care, and postpartum offerings all tailored for deep rest and renewal.

My skin has been absolutely loving the original moisturizer as a cleaning balm this winter! 🖤

Starting from where we began to where we are now warms my heart. One Minds skincare emerged when traditional products failed, causing Wayne Denver distress as moisturizers burned his skin. The tallow moisturizer brings relief, even during moments of intense discomfort. Our skin is the largest organ, we have implemented many other things in managing his eczema, but the tallow is a staple.

Wayne Denver Pt 3 Navigating his environmental triggers or sensitivities revealed that cotton and bamboo clothes were optimal for his skin. The introduction of cotton and bamboo sheets proved transformative—cool, soothing, and gentle, alleviating nighttime itching. A potential allergy to his car seat, possibly due to flame retardant chemicals, prompted a switch to a clear brand. Transitioning to household cleaners with simple ingredients and gentle laundry detergents made a substantial impact. Even today, contact with someone using a mainstream detergent triggers hives. A comprehensive overhaul extended to shampoos, conditioners, body washes, moisturizers, deodorants, makeup, and hair care—each change driven by trial and error to identify allergens. Additionally, we bid farewell to perfumes and colognes, opting for a cleaner lifestyle. A mindful shift toward cleaner daily-use products proved pivotal in managing his sensitivities #ezcema #babyezcema #allergies #babyallgeries
