So what is a human brand? A human brand builds trust the same way people do, through empathy, authenticity, curiosity, community and a commitment to legacy. In a world where trust in institutions is low and complexity makes it hard to know where to put your energy, a brand that shows up with genuine humanity gives people the clarity and confidence to act on what they already care about.

2025 took us places. Mountains in Bhutan. Western film sets on the US West Coast. Close encounters with tigers in India. Slow walks through Oxford in the UK. Different places, same posture. Curious. Present. Occasionally jet lagged.
What made this year special was not just where the work went, but how the team carried it. This is what we believe multiplying good looks like up close. Humans choosing to show up for each other and for the story in front of them.

You know that feeling when you’re so locked in on the work, you forget why you started in the first place? Yeah, we’ve been there. So we built in a pause button. This is not about checking out, but rather to plug into something bigger. We call them OX Multiplies Good Days (or OMG days for short).
OMG Days started as an idea on a treadmill. Now they’re part of our company’s heartbeat. Four times a year, we step away from our normal work to get closer to the kind of good we talk about. It’s an invitation to get proximate. To feel the heartbeat of the work and the people it’s for. Sometimes that’s planting trees. Sometimes it’s lending a hand. Always, it’s a chance to be reminded that multiplying good starts with seeing, knowing, and loving the people right in front of us.
