A new basement project began this Thursday. The basement will feature a bedroom, bathroom, exercise room, and wet bar, designed for fun, entertainment, and everyday use. Stay tuned for updates.

Greco Remodeling has successfully completed a commercial project, converting a 10,000 sq ft metal building structure from steel framing into an aesthetically pleasing Caravel Autism Health center. Project: Full Bathroom Remodel
I had the pleasure of meeting the homeowners and capturing the stunning results of their bathroom remodel. It's always a delight to chat with them!
They aimed to keep the original layout while elevating the space. The Greco team excelled at reimagining the area, creating a calm, spa-like retreat with upgraded materials, better lighting, and smart storage solutions.
Key transformations included replacing the shower and glass door, adding beautiful new tiles, removing the bulky whirlpool bath, and introducing a soothing soaker tub. The new vanity and mirrors add the perfect finishing touch to this serene spa-like bathroom retreat.

Project: A brand new residential roof!
This week, we're excited to launch another roofing project—our fourth this month! What an amazing way to kick off May!
Shout out to the roofers they were on the job bright and early. You can really see the commitment and effort that the roofing crew puts into their craft. They take great pride in what they do, and their teamwork truly stands out as they collaborate so smoothly and effectively, as seen in the video.

What an incredibly productive day and week.The roofer began working on the third roof of the week. This week’s tasks include one commercial roof and two residential ones. It's really impressive to see these guys handle the roofing projects.
Today's work focused on taking out the old shingles, plywood, and any insulation that was damaged.
After that, they’ll put in new plywood and shingles.
On a related note, it’s usually not required to take out the attic insulation during a roof replacement unless it shows clear signs of damage from water, mold, or pests.

Greco Remodeling kicked off the commercial roofing project bright and early. We'll be taking off the existing rock layer, installing a PVC membrane, and sealing all seams with hot air. Additionally, we’ll be adding two new skylights. The entire roofing process should take about a week. Keep an eye out for updates on our progress and the completion of the project.

The Greco Team begins a full work week this Monday. The schedule includes work on the full basement, two Autism commercial centers, a commercial roof, and finishing touches on a residential roof. We are also preparing a new video highlighting progress on our 7th flip house.
