✨the squeeze and centre game ✨👇🏻 This is a little emotional regulation game I like to play with the kids to help them regulate their nervous system after a meltdown! How it works 👇🏻 🤍 gently squeeze each fingertip to stimulate the vagus nerve and reset the nervous system and then give a little squeeze up both arms. 🤍 lastly, give their shoulders a little squeeze and apply some pressure to the heart centre and encourage them to take a big deep breath! For those who have become "book friends" as well as those who shared wonderful conversations ~ I am happy... As a volunteer operating out of City Hall, I work on driving films, music videos and commercial productions to our city ~ with its amazing architecture, talent & welcoming neighborhoods! I have made many new friends & mentored young filmmakers in discovering our town. This has been of wonderful reward to me!
