We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Accounting professional to join our team in Elgin as an Accounts Payables Specialist that will also be doing account management and other general office duties. You would be reporting directly to the owner.

Candidates with a minimum of 5 years Accounts Payable experience required and experience in Promotional Products industry is preferred.

Having and understanding of the software programs of Commonsku and Quickbooks online is preferred for experience

Duties Include:

A/R Creating invoices, entering bills
A/P Invoice Review, Processing & Auditing
A/P Payment Processing: Checks, ACH, Wire Transfers, Web Payments
Data Entry
Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Process and Manage Payable Disputes
Ensure clean A/P data maintained within systems
Scanning & Filing
Communication with vendors & customers
Skills Required:

· Attention to Detail

· Minimum 5 Years Accounting Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Strong Organizational and Communication Skills

· Ability to clearly and effectively communicate daily with Vendors, Customers and Co-workers

· Excellent Follow-up Skills

· Ability to question items that do not match [Auditing Review]

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
