At TCLF, we value sharing knowledge and we work to make it available in many forms. Our TXFED Additional Learning page is a prime example of this commitment!

Our team records our webinars, edits out the fluff, compiles resources, and oftentimes summarize key takeaways so the content is there when you're ready.

We encourage you to visit TXFED.org/Additional-Learning to see what you've been missing... 👀 (Link in bio)

We weren't sure if or when these grants were coming back, but we do know small-scale meat processing is a BIG challenge in Texas.

If your 🐄 processor could benefit from expanded capacity, check out USDA's Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program (MPPEP) grants. Cost sharing required. Open through August 7th.

This is a big one! Request technical assistance from Flower Hill Institute at FlowerHill.Institute/USDA-MPPTA for help navigating this Federal grant opportunity.
