Plan Review Services

This position shall work in conjunction with the plan review staff to effect report accuracy and timely completion. This position shall report directly to the Vice President, the status of projects, special assignments, priority projects, technical inaccuracies, municipal policy changes and methods utilized to correct deficiencies.

Inspection Services

This position shall work with Director of Technical Services to ensure all requested inspections are conducted in a timely manner and municipal requirements and considerations are met. This position shall work with the Director Technical Services to ensure inspection reporting is accurate and promptly distributed to the municipality.

Management/Administrative Responsibilities

This position shall work with the Vice President to produce statistical reporting and analysis in order to monitor and improve efficiency and productivity. This position shall constantly seek to improve the productivity of the Company, and to that end, produce reports periodically and as requested to communicate progress to the President, Vice President and the CEO.

This position is for an experienced person who can perform in depth reviews of building architectural plans. They will be performing the work on various types of projects. It requires a person who has ICC certification in type of work they will be performing.

The person in this position will be performing reviews on a wide range of projects from tenant finishes to entire buildings. A person who can review other disciplines will be a plus.

Electric inspector / plan reviewer. This position is for a person experienced in field inspection and plan review of various types of projects. It requires a person who has ICC certification, job experience or an engineering degree in the type of work they will be performing.

The person in this position will be performing reviews and inspections on a wide range of projects from tenant finishes to entire buildings. A person who can review multiple disciplines or has supervision experience will be a plus.
