10ft × 20ft custom single carport for a client in Elgin, TX!
Earlier this year this clients previous vehicle was damaged during that awful hail storm Elgin and surrounding areas experienced - his new truck is now better protected during future storms! 💪

KEMNITZ CONSTRUCTION FINISHED PROJECT ALERT!👀
Keith stripped this 30+ year old shed down to just the frame and remodeled it from the inside out!
16 wall studs and the roof decking were replaced due to extensive termite damage.
The 3 foot door frame was replaced with a 4 foot steel door.
The building also got new siding, four wall vents, pressure treated wood trim on the corners, the door and the vents and last (but not least!) a brand new trimmed out metal roof!
Can you say complete makeover?! 🎉

This was a tricky one due to the Limestone Rock near the lake, but with the help of a Jackhammer we were able to get deep enough to set the posts and get the job done! 💪
