A Seat at The Table’s “My Beautiful Self Wellness Retreat” was developed to create an atmosphere of total awareness of self. It will focus on self reflection that will bring forth spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical healing. All while establishing Sista bonds with other beautiful women and realizing that we aren’t alone. At the conclusion of the retreat, you will have discovered total peace and relaxation while developing mental tools that support self reflection of our true beauty from within.
