May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting the emotional well-being of our students.

At DVS, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and connected school environment for all students.

Throughout the month of May, our school community will bring awareness to mental health through lunchtime activities hosted by the DVS Club: Let’s Taco-Bout It and the DVS Counseling Team. These activities are designed to encourage connection, self-expression, wellness, and fun.

The 2025-2026 Da Vinci Science Exhibition Night is almost Here!

Join us Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 5:30–7:30 PM for an evening celebrating the incredible work of our students and the power of project-based learning!

Our students will be showcasing their projects and are excited to share their learning with our community.

This event is open to DVS families, partners, and community members. Bring your family, invite your friends, and come celebrate the amazing work happening at DVS. We can’t wait to see you there!

Spring 2026 Student-Led Conferences (SLCs) are Monday-Thursday, 3/2 – 3/5!

The schedule as well as specific instructions for SLCs are shared by grade-level teachers, and are available in the Spring 2026 SLC Plans for Families document in the link in our bio or through the QR code (you can also check our blog which is linked to our bio).

During SLC week, students will be dismissed early at 2:25pm every day.

$10 tickets get you a reservation at a table and two bingo cards for a night of fun with fellow DVS parents. Bingo Prizes include Reserved VIP Parking to DVS Exhibition on March 25th, DVSPA Merch items, and more!

Proceeds from ticket sales go toward the DVS Advisory Fundraiser which supports the purchase of supplies and activities for advisory classes.

This week was Da Vinci's Neurodiversity Celebration Week, hosted by the Neurodiversity Student Committee!

It was packed with activities that educated, celebrated, and normalized neurodifferences. Sensory wall, Poppin' for Neurodiversity Fundraiser, Slime Making Activities, Advisory Lessons, and more!

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this week meaningful by reminding us that different brains make our community stronger.
