Our borrower needed a quick bridge loan to acquire a new investment property, but most of their capital was tied up in existing real estate.

Recently funded deal - Before & After Edition
We’re often used to finance the purchase and renovation of investment properties for resale… but what happens when the investor wants to keep the property instead of selling?
That’s where long-term DSCR financing comes in.
For this project we:
• Financed the acquisition + renovation
• Then refinanced the property after completion
• Paid off the renovation loan
• Helped the investor tap into newly created equity
From distressed → fully renovated → long-term rental.
