Nikki has worked for almost two decades as Executive Chef at restaurants in both New Zealand and California. Jennifer has many years' experience in managerial roles at various restaurants here in the South Bay, with event planning being her specialty. El Segundo Catering Company is 9 today. Even though we cannot celebrate the day as we had hoped, Jenny and Nikki would like to thank all of our catering clients who have supported us.
Our first event was 9 years ago today for the City of El Segundo, a breakfast at City Hall and we haven’t looked back since.
The support we have had from the local community has been overwhelming.
We both look forward to getting back to catering (and the beach cafe) as soon as we can.
