Blending strength and flexibility, as well as bringing mind and body awareness together.Angela Curran, owner, certified in Pilates through the Physical Mind Institute, she studied with Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty of Yogaworks. More recently, with Master Teacher Julian Littleford based in Del Mar, California.
