So today is a drive and chat. This is a genius (least amount of effort greatest result) practice if you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, rushed, like there is never enough time. Test it out. It takes all of 5 or so seconds to do and makes a huge difference in your physical/mental/emotional well-being. Feel free to walk. And enjoy your day, my badass friend! 💜🙌🙂
