I remember praying and asking God to help me heal. I didn’t know how… I just knew I couldn’t keep living in that dark space. One day, I walked into a small Mexican store ,and right there in front of me was a whole wall of herbs. 🌿

Something in my spirit said, “This is it.”
I didn’t know what I was doing, but I started researching every single herb on that wall ,what it was for, how it helped the body, how it healed the mind. I went home with bags full of herbs and started blending teas from my heart… not just to survive, but to heal.

And little by little, God started showing me that He had already placed my healing in the earth , I just had to find it. 🍃

My Healing Story (Part 1)
There was a time in my life when I was completely broken. I had been through so much trauma growing up , things that left deep scars inside me.

For years, I struggled with depression. I tried every medication they prescribed, hoping something would finally make me feel normal again. But instead, the medications caused more pain than healing.

I gained 90 pounds.
I went through brain shock treatments , ECT, just to survive.
And at one point… I couldn’t even remember my own children.

That was the lowest moment of my life.
I cried every night and begged God to save me , to show me a way out of the darkness. 🙏🏽

And in that moment of surrender… He heard me. 🌿✨

That’s where my healing journey truly began.
