It was a big day today! had his retirement ceremony after 22.5 years in the military. Now it’s time for home improvement projects and travel.

13 days post surgery. My first day back teaching ❤️❤️. Adding a bit of mileage to my evening walk. And the bliss of icing my knee. It was a good day.
