Emergence Health Network is a community-based mental health/intellectual disabilities center and partner with the El Paso community. We aim to help our consumers solve their problems, improve their circumstances, develop their potential and become self-sufficient. EHN is result oriented. We measure our results and can show the people of Texas and the federal government what they get in return for their investment in human services.

Behind the resource table, the school visit, and the court appearance is a team that genuinely cares. Our Youth Crisis Outreach Team (YCOT) is out in the community every day — connecting youth and families to the support they need. As Emergence Health Network marks 60 diamond years of service, we're proud that the work we do continues to be at the heart of who we are. 💎
