Have had a lot of messages and people asking and have given it alot of thought but the best answer I have for now is

The food truck was my third job that I was trying to manage. I am currently focused on my two main jobs. We are hoping to get back out by October or November 2022. Thank you so much for all the love and support you have given me and my Love Fat Dans Food Truck

Well when it’s this cold you definitely need a little something to warm you up. So we decided we needed to make some Deliciousness. This is our New Mexico Green Chile Potato and Mushroom Creamed Soup. Definitely will warm you up. Come see us infront of the EP Fitness on Montwood and Saul Kleinfeld. Will be here till 10pm.

While having an absolute magical dinner at I look up from my dinner to see an absolute idol of mine standing behind Lisa. Chef trying to get my attention to compliment my I was so start struck this is one of my culinary idols and I froze mouth open. Didn’t take a pic didn’t utter two words just absolutely star struck. Thank you for putting the cherry on top of a truly amazing meal. cheflife

We are so sorry but we will be unable to be open this weekend. Sorry for the late post but we were trying to get it figured out so we could atleast be open tonight but unfortunately we won’t be able too. We will be open more next week so you can come get your GREEN CHILE FIX. Love all of you and so thankful for all the support and help we have received. About Last night. Always tasting and trying more and more foods to expand your mind of exciting and renewed flavors. The amazing flavors of the Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes with gravy and a perfect Biscuit was exactly what the doctor ordered right after a flight. Thank you for always creating a great culinary experience. We also enjoyed their Cesar Salad, soft Pretzels and Cheese and my favorite Deviled eggs.

In 2009 with one of my Construction Companies and our Real Estate Company we decided we needed to help more people and the more you help the more you see needs help. It makes me beyond happy that we continue to grow and help more and more. The Holidays are always tough we want to try and make it better and we hope to inspire others to get out and do what they can. Even if it’s to help one person that is tremendous. I want to see everyone helped during the holidays but also all year round. Our amazing Team at Golden Real Estate and Fat Dans Texas continued the tradition and we will do more and continue to grow. Everytime you go to a Restaurant, Hotel or a bar for your Xmas festivities, take a look and remember this picture. They do everything to make and serve you good food, and they sometimes only have 5 minutes to eat themselves. Be kind to chefs, bartenders and waiters guys and girls. It doesn't cost anything.
