🏡 Home Prices Continue to Rise
The median active list price reached approximately $307,000, while the median sold price climbed to around $276,000. Both numbers continue their upward trend, showing that well-priced homes are still finding buyers and values remain strong across the market.
📋 Inventory Remains Tight
The number of active listings has steadily decreased throughout the year, dropping from nearly 2,800 homes to just over 2,200 homes. Fewer homes on the market means sellers continue to benefit from limited competition, while buyers need to be prepared when the right property becomes available.
⏳ Homes Are Taking Longer to Sell
Average days on market increased to approximately 90 days, up from the low 70s earlier in the year. While homes are still selling, buyers are becoming more selective and proper pricing, presentation, and marketing are more important than ever.
