Just letting you all know that Pretty In Lemon will be absent from the farmer’s market for the next couple of weeks. The Health Department, while very complimentary of our set-up, has asked us to move our operation into a food truck to better comply with current mobile vendor regulations. We’ll be spending the next few days securing funding and finding a truck, but we will be back at the market as soon as possible. In the meantime, we are allowed to cater private parties and set-up at special events, so call us if you need some good lemonade at your next pool party!

This move is coming sooner than we had planned, and we do need some help getting there. We should have a GoFundMe page set up by week’s end if you’d like to help us get the word out, but it will open doors and give us so many more options beyond our beloved farmer’s market. Some of you have encouraged us to lay down roots and open a store, and we’re looking into that option as well. We’d love a nice place to host our friends, expand our menu and even offer delivery of our “ridiculously good lemonade”, as one dear customer described it. We are humbled, and so grateful to you, our customers and many new friends, for your enthusiastic support of something that started as a dream around our kitchen table. We’ll see you back at the market soon.
