If your heating and cooling system is more than 10 years old, it can be more cost-effective to replace it with a new one or replace one of its parts.

In this case we had to replace the condenser! Causes of an AC condenser malfunction:
1. Blockage or Leak
2. Dirty componentes
3. Issues with the control board
4. Motor burn out
