After a weekend of Halloween candy and cocktails, its time for some healthy meal prep. Try these yummy little omelettes for a healthy breakfast every morning this week.
1. Sauté your favorite veggie combo
2. Beat a carton of egg whites and 1-2 whole eggs together in a bowl
3. Grease a cupcake tin
4. Scoop the veggies into the tray evenly
5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the tin
6. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F or until you can stick a toothpick in the center of one and it comes out clean
Enjoy throughout the week! These little guys are packed with vitamins, protein, good fat, fiber and good carbs to keep you fueled and full 👍

SUPER easy dinner idea!
Salmon is the Cajun Seasoned salmon at TraderJoes. You just buy it and pop it in the oven.
Asparagus: cut off the tips on the bottom, rinse, and grill on a pan with some olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
The salad: combine baby spinach, arugula, black olives, feta cheese, roasted red peppers (I get mine at trader joes, ready made. Just slice). Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper to flavor.
Dinner in < 30 minutes. It's amazing! I fed my family of 4 with this and it ended up being $4.13/person. Affordable/easy/super healthy. Can't lose.

Try this super nutritious little side dish to spice up your dinner and up your nutrient intake.
Edamame (I buy the frozen ones that are already shelled)
Chopped carrots
Chopped red bell pepper
Corn
Toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp of sesame oil
Toss together and enjoy. All veggies, low calorie, high fiber/vitamin source and super easy to make.

Shout out to my amazing client and friend for showing up to EVERY bootcamp workout, eating healthy as hell, and giving it her all. Look at the definition in her abs! Plus her stamina, speed and strength have all improved. It's all about hard work and dedication. Jen followed her training plan and diet guidelines and got the definition she was looking for. You can do the same! at its best :)

Berry Smoothie
2 cups of thawed berries (your pick)
1/4 cup Apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 lemon
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of ice
Blend and enjoy!
This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins. Plus it will keep you full until your next meal or snack.
