Join us today at the Jeff Seymour Family Center for our Wellness Festival where we showcase services available to the community.

It is a FREE event where we will have a soccer camp, DJ, food, and workshops for the whole family. Come learn about Cal Fresh foods, our Community Garden, Covered California enrollment, and Education Planning!

Testing is also available as well as COVID-19 Vaccines and Flu Shots for those interested.

Come enjoy a live DJ, giveaways, and food for those in attendance!

THANK YOU to our partners over at Center Middle School, Mercy Pharmacy, and Los Angeles County Department of Public HealthPublicHealth for allowing us to be a part of this vaccination event. Thank you to Planned Parenthood for providing at home-test kits for everyone getting vaccinated, TCBUA for the sanitizers and wipes, and University of Southern California for the FotoNovelas to help educate our community on the importance of vaccines and getting vaccinated!

Join us and our community partner , for a Thanksgiving Luncheon for Unhoused Neighbors this Thursday, November 18, from 11am to 2pm at Whittier Narrows. We will be distributing goody bags, t-shirts, and other fun giveaways for everyone who would like to get their Covid-19 vaccine. See you there!

On Tuesday we had the opportunity to work with Whittier First Day and Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Covid-19 Response Team to encourage the vaccination of houseless persons in our community. We were glad to be part of 20 individual vaccinations and are grateful to our community partners for their commitment to promoting health for all.

California’s economy is now fully open and state travel restrictions are no longer in effect. COVID-19 remains a threat to our community and travelers should make sure that they are FULLY VACCINATED PRIOR TO TRAVEL.
