This morning, El Monte Animal Control, was able to quickly reunite this lost dog & his owner through the help of Paw Boost. 🐶🐾
Buddy was picked up at a local park but had no tag or microchip. When this happens, ACOs will often check Paw Boost to see if any dogs picked up match lost dog descriptions.

This morning AC was able to reunite this family due to the dog being microchipped. 🐾🐶
✨Pro Tip: microchipping is best way for lost pets to be reunited with their families. Most animal welfare organizations will have a scanner on hand to check for a microchip.

Agents of Discovery National Public Lands Day - September 24th

Today EMAC got a call for a dog who appeared to be lost. We were able to locate “Sam” and thanks to her microchip, she was reunited with her family after having gone missing for an hour. EMAC is always happy to reunite dogs with their loving families. 🐶🐾

Microchipping your pet allows Animal Control to reunite families! Thanks to “Stan” having a microchip, El Monte Animal Control was able to get him back home after going missing the night before.

The 4th of July is always a difficult time for our fur babies. Luckily, “Chaparra” was microchipped and we were able to get her back home with her loving family after 3 days of being lost.

Mikey took himself for a walk & ended up lost in someone’s yard. Animal Control received the call & was able to get Mikey back home safely due to his microchip. It is really important to have your pets microchipped so they can be reunited with family.
