From leadership training to community impact:
The Healing Blossoms initiative brought free medical checks to women in the community—designed and implemented by graduates of Thriving Together program.

Over the past four months, graduates of the Thriving Together and SEED Girls programs turned ideas into action—leading 17 initiatives that support mental health, education, online safety, and stronger families across the community, showing what local leadership can achieve.

لە ماوەی چوار مانگی ڕابردوودا، دەرچووانی هەردوو بەرنامەی پێکەوە گەشە دەکەین و کچانی سیید بیرۆکەکانیان گۆڕی بۆ کار و چالاکی—بە ئەنجامدانی ١٧ دەسپێشخەری بۆ پشتگیریکردنی تەندروستی دەروونی، پەروەردە، سەلامەتی ئۆنلاین و بەهێزکردنی خێزانەکان لە تەواوی کۆمەڵگەدا، کە ئەمەش نیشاندەری ئەو دەستکەوتانەیە کە سەرکردایەتی خۆجێیی دەتوانێت بەدەستیبهێنێت.

Many people are feeling concern for their families, their communities, and what the coming days may bring.

In this moment, SEED’s leadership remind us that women’s voices are not only important in times of progress, they are essential in times of uncertainty. Together, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting women’s leadership, safety, and opportunity.

Because progress - especially in difficult moments - requires all of us working together.

‎ئەمڕۆ، لە کاتێکدا یادی ڕۆژی جیهانیی ژنان دەکەینەوە، لە سەردەمێکی پڕ لە نادڵنیاییدا لە سەرانسەری ناوچەکەمان ئەمە دەکەین.

‎خەڵکێکی زۆر هەست بە نیگەرانی دەکەن بۆ خێزانەکانیان، کۆمەڵگاکانیان، و بۆ ئەوەی کە ڕەنگە ڕۆژانی داهاتوو لەگەڵ خۆیاندا بیهێنن.

English / کوردی | We are thrilled to announce that the American University of Iraq-Baghdad (AUIB) has emerged as National Champion of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition – Iraq National Rounds 2026. Congratulations!

On the final day of competition, semi-finalists and finalists demonstrated exceptional legal mastery, arguing complex cases before the judges. The dedication of all 111 participating students throughout the rounds is a powerful reminder that the future of justice in Iraq is in highly capable hands.

Together with our partners at the Kurdistan Bar Association and our generous sponsors, Dayik Group and Dilnia Insurance, we are immensely proud to have hosted this historic event. While AUIB takes home the title, every team should be proud of their remarkable achievement. This year’s competition marks a landmark moment for legal education in Iraq and the wider Middle East.

Congratulations to AUIB — and to every student who stepped up to the bench this week.

زۆر دڵخۆشین بە ڕاگەیاندنی ئەوەی کە زانکۆی ئەمریکی لە عێراق – بەغداد (AUIB) وەک پاڵەوانی نیشتمانیی پێشبڕکێی جیهانیی جێسەپ بۆ دادگاییکردنی نێودەوڵەتی (Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition) – خولەکانی نیشتمانیی عێراق ٢٠٢٦، دەستنیشانکرا. پیرۆزباییان لێدەکەین!

لە ڕۆژی کۆتایی پێشبڕکێکەدا، گەیشتووانی قۆناغی پێش کۆتایی و کۆتایی، لێهاتووییەکی یاسایی ناوازەیان نیشان دا و بە بەهێزییەوە داکۆکییان لە کەیسە ئاڵۆزەکان لەبەردەم دادوەرەکاندا کرد. دڵسۆزی و ماندووبوونی هەموو ئەو ١١١ خوێندکارەی کە بەشدارییان لە خولەکاندا کردووە، ئاماژەیەکی بەهێزە بۆ ئەوەی
کە داهاتووی دادپەروەری لە عێراقدا لە دەستێکی زۆر بەتوانادایە.
