Be careful about who you bring your instrument to for repair. This instrument was brought into a local competing shop. Had the repair been done correctly the customer would have had a very nice vintage trumpet. Now after a very amateur removal of two valves, the trumpet is not likely to ever be playable again. The valves are destroyed. And if destroying one valve wasn't bad enough, this was done to two valves.
I can't type even begin describe just how much this upsets me.
Total incompetence.
