Trinity Baker was born and raised in Shawnee, Kansas, where she trained at Starstruck Performing Arts Center and danced on her high school’s dance team. She is now a proud member of the nationally recognized University of Minnesota Dance Team, where she has been a part of winning two national championships and a world championship!🏆

Hannah Webb’s career spans the competitive studio circuit, professional commercial sets, and Division 1 athletics. Beginning her training at age six, she balanced team competition with professional roles for Disney, This Is Us, and Skechers. After earning 12 national soloist titles and being named Hollywood Vibe’s National Dancer of the Year, Hannah transitioned to the collegiate level as a member of the Texas Tech Pom Squad. Now a World Champion with the 2026 US National Pom Team, she teaches students how to apply studio and commercial experience to a successful D1 collegiate dance career.

SEDC Recital 2026🩵🪩✨

What a way to end our 17th season! This has been an amazing year. We had countless specialty and judges awards this season, receiving the highest awarded contemporary routine of the weekend at Rainbow for our routine, “Starman,” receiving 11 buzzers and the highest scoring routine of the whole competition at ID with our Line, “Recovery,” and placing in the top overall placements a total of 99 times throughout the season. We are thankful for our dancers and dance families for making this all possible. And, of course, we thank our fearless leader & our entire hardworking SEDC staff! There’s nothing quite like our 💚💚💚

Nothing like having all our dancers together for finale practice and ice cream! We cannot wait to celebrate our incredible 17th season at our recital this weekend!!☀️🍦🫧🧑‍🩰

⭐️SEDC Senior Spotlight⭐️

This is Kennedy Womack! She is from Edwardsville and will be graduating from Edwardsville High School. She started taking dance classes as a toddler and joined Studio E at 6 years old.
Her favorite memories with us are competition days when she was younger, winning and having fun with all of her friends. Her favorite dances have been Castaways and Kids.

She says, “Dance is important to me because it gives me the privilege to be a part of a team of girls that support and show up for each other. Dance and Studio E has made me open up so much from being a shy kid and has brought me so many of my best friends.”

Kennedy will be attending Louisiana State University in the Fall to study Business Marketing.🥳

We could not be prouder of you, Kennedy! Witnessing your growth has been such a gift. You’re forever familE💚

⭐️SEDC Senior Spotlight⭐️

This is Gracie Cook! She is 17 years old, from Edwardsville Illinois, where she will graduate from EHS!🐯She started dance at 7-8 years old, joining us when she was 9! Her favorite memory with SEDC was performing “The Chain” and being able to come back this year for her senior season.

Gracie says, “Dance has changed me by allowing me to express myself in so many ways and pushing myself even when it gets difficult. No matter what kind of day I had that day, I could go to dance, leave my bad day at the door, and tell a different story through the routines.”

Gracie is performing with this summer & will be attending Chicago Center of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University next Fall to get her BFA in Musical Theater with a dance concentration!

We are so lucky to watch you shine, Gracie, and wish you the best as you go do amazing things!💚
