• Demolition & cleanup
• Carry materials (50+ lbs)
• Measure, cut & use basic tools
• Assist with framing, trim, flooring, etc.
• Learn directly from an experienced carpenter
• Work outside on active job sites

What We’re Looking For:
• Likes physical/outdoor work
• Coachable & hardworking
• Reliable — shows up on time
• Positive attitude / no drama
• Safety-minded
• Driver’s license & transportation preferred

Steps, ohhhh steps can be a total breeze on paper... but putting them in place can be a real sole-smasher, especially on uneven ground. Happy to get these beautiful composite steps in for a super awesome customer! 🔨 🏠

These cedar 🌳 post wraps turned out better than expected. Additional work for pre-stain, pre-cut, and prefinished processes proved worthwhile, and the final product looks exceptional. 🔨 🏠
