🌿 Eagle Valley Community Foundation is honored to welcome Madison Goering as the new MIRA Program Manager, marking an exciting new chapter for the Mobile Intercultural Resource Alliance (MIRA) and its mission to advance community health, wellness, and equitable access to resources across the valley.

💠 Madison steps into this role at a pivotal moment for MIRA—where trusted, bilingual, community-based outreach is more essential than ever. With a background rooted in public health, social work, and health equity, she brings both the technical expertise and community-centered leadership needed to expand access and deepen impact across Eagle County.

🌿 This Pride Month, Eagle Valley Community Foundation is proud to celebrate the power of belonging.

Through Belonging Eagle County—a partnership between EVCF and Mountain Pride, made possible through the generous support of The Denver Foundation—we are creating spaces where neighbors connect through food, culture, storytelling, and shared experiences.

From community meals and cooking classes to cultural celebrations and meaningful conversations, this work helps build understanding, strengthen relationships, and foster a more welcoming Eagle County for everyone—especially Latinx and LGBTQ+ community members.

Because when people feel seen, valued, and connected, our entire community grows stronger. 🌈🤝🍽️

⚽ At Eagle Valley Community Foundation, the World Cup is more than a tournament — it’s a celebration of the diversity, cultures, and community that make Eagle County so special.

❤️ This summer, World Cup games will be playing at The Community Market for staff and volunteers to enjoy together, creating moments of connection, conversation, and celebration across cultures and languages.

💙 Through MIRA, community members who engage with services and resources will also be entered for a chance to win a World Cup album — bringing a little extra joy and excitement to the season.

💚 At EVCF, we believe building strong communities means celebrating the traditions, passions, and stories that connect us. Whether through food, health resources, entrepreneurship, or simply cheering side by side, we are proud to celebrate the vibrant diversity of our community every day.

⚽ Connecting Community to Community.

💙 Men's Health Month is about more than physical wellbeing—it’s about dignity, connection, confidence, and ensuring that men have access to the support systems that help them thrive.

🌀 EVCF's health and wellness program MIRA works every day to strengthen the wellbeing of local families by connecting residents with resources, services, opportunities, and trusted community support. This Father's Day, that mission takes a meaningful form in Dotsero. ✂

💈Elevar Cohort 2 graduates and rad hair stylists, Village Barbershop, will be onsite with the MIRA program to provide FREE haircuts for local fathers on Thursday, June 11.

💇🏾A haircut may seem simple. Yet for many dads balancing work, family responsibilities, and financial pressures, it can be a powerful reminder that their contributions are seen, valued, and appreciated.

🙌 This initiative reflects what community investment looks like at its best: local entrepreneurs giving back, neighbors supporting neighbors, and supportive fathers receiving the recognition they deserve. .barbershop Elevar, A Program of Eagle Valley Community Foundation MIRA Bus - Camión MIRA
