We are excited to announce Becknell has signed a lease with Symbia Logistics, a tried-and-true expert in the field of warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution at Nexus at DIA. We will soon welcome our new customer to our 329,940 SF Class A Industrial Building at 17190 East 85th Avenue in Commerce City, Colorado.

The Holiday Season is here! We have received questions about this years carrier schedules. The below photos are FedEx and UPS’s schedules. In addition, it is Peak Surcharge Season. We have also included a chart that outlines this year's Peak Season Surcharges by carrier.

Today is America Recycles Day. We wanted to highlight our green initiatives, because at Symbia we believe in keeping our hills green and our skies blue.

- We acquired 130,000 SF of LEED certified warehouse space in Bolingbrook, IL. This has been a wonderful addition to our footprint and green initiatives.
- In Kansas City, we attained the Warehouse and Repacking Organic Certification for 66,000 square feet of storage.
- In 2021, we planted 3000 trees. Our goal is 7500 trees in 2022.
- Recycling programs at each warehouse.
- Our forklift fleet is now 92% electric.
- LED and motion activated lighting at warehouses.
