Today we helped Operation House Blanket make 20 fleece blankets for locals in need of a warm blanket to comfort them. We got to work alongside members of the local DAR in service. Thanks to all who participated! Service Above Self, the Rotary way!

We had the pleasure of inducting Colorado Mountain College Vail Valley as a new business member into our club. Lisa Isom and Tiffany Walker will be trading off joining us for breakfast and Rotary service activities.

Betsy with Operation House Blanket came and shared their impact proving warmth and comfort in our community. Last year they distributed 1,081 blankets.

Our Impact Club will hold a fleece blanket making party in early May.

“If you can fry an egg on it, it’s not an efficient motor.” Rotarian Tom Hopkins was our guest speaker this morning sharing about his company Zeus Motors and his uniquely efficient motor and how we can reverse global warming.

Join our club on December 4 at Harvest Restaurant at 7:45 AM for author Gus Nicholson’s presentation of his novel, THE ROMANCE SECTION. It’s a story of southern scandal, family secrets, unrequited love and ultimately the power of forgiveness and redemption.

Members were treated to a great presentation from David Reid and Josh Miller with the Eagle County Airport this morning. They shared that they now have 16 non-stop flights that are offered with destinations across the country. They saw tremendous growth in usage of the airport in 2025. Yesterday's Vail Duck Race was a huge success, raising over $72,000 for Rotary projects locally and around the world!
