Howzit! This is Kaylee and she runs a super cute café in the heart of Holbrook Arizona. If you go see the Petrified Forest National Park, stay at the Wigwam Motel or are passing through from Albuquerque or Flagstaff it’s worth a pit stop! She’s the only one for miles that serves up true ceremonial matcha made right - wisk and all! She also has an entire section of specialty drinks like Lotus and Dirty Sodas too that Makena loved! And the name of the shop… Route Sixty Sips … C’mon now how great is that?!!! Follow this small family owned business and support! Live Aloha! 🤙🏼

I was Blessed to purchase Ono Poke Too, Kingston from Steven Ono of Ono Poke, Edmonds in 2022. I am forever grateful to him. Due to his kindness and Aloha, he let me keep the name and recipes to keep capital expenses down, etc. Yes, I was lucky that I was able to ride his coattails being he had created an amazing reputation for having the best poke in Seattle.
Since 2022, I have tweaked his recipes ever so slowly to make it my own. Now it’s time to create my own identity.
It was a struggle to come up with a new name. Then one day, I heard someone say, “Eh, have you tried da poke shop in Kingston?”. Da Poke Shop was born!
