Stopped by in MLT a few days ago and have been slowly working my way through these. Years ago, introduced me to this new world of sour beers and beverages. Over 20 years in real estate! Wow! This house is one of my fondest memories in the industry. Some of my closest friends needed to find a place before a developer forced them out of their apartment. We looked at well over a 100 homes and sometimes went looking for more than 8 hours a day. We saw floorless homes, “vacant” homes that weren’t really vacant and so many other story worthy homes.
