November 2nd Marks All Souls’ Day also known as Araw ng nga Patay in the Philippines. It is an observance marking the day of prayer for the souls who have died and the commemoration of all the faithful departed.

Atang is an ilocano tradition to leave food offerings to the deceased. This year Chef Mark and Chef Brian will feature a few dishes that were favorites of love ones that had passed in their memory. ❤️
