It's su***de awareness month, and at Hooves & Heroes, we take this seriously. You will often hear our founder Sonia say: "If bringing this program to life and offering it to the community that needs it without any barrier to enrollment saves one life, it was all worth it."

Help us continue this mission, one life at a time, and join us September 19th for our annual fundraiser dinner.

If you are unable to attend, there are still ways to support us through participation in our online silent auction (Go-Live is this coming Monday!), or purchase a seat we can donate to a session participant to be able to attend and be in the community that supports them.

Maybe you needed this reminder today. 🖤

You didn’t survive everything you’ve been through just to remain the same person. Every heartbreak, every setback, every lonely night, every moment you thought you couldn’t keep going—it shaped you, strengthened you, and brought you closer to the person you were always meant to become.

The chapter that broke you is not the whole story.

Good things can still find you. Peace can still find you. Love can still find you. Opportunities you never imagined can still find you.

You are allowed to believe that life is finally turning in your favor.

You fu***ng deserve it.
Believe me. ✨

Save this for the days you need the reminder. 🤍
