We restored these beautiful floors after a water damage and uneven discoloration

🔍The first thing to consider is what type of damage is present, this should guide you on to repair or replacement.

The most common type of damage are water damage, stain, scratches and gauges which are usually restored to a new-like condition by sanding off the damaged wood and refinishing it

‼️If your floors are exposed to water, the most important thing is to act quickly — Absorb or remove as much water

Some severe damage, such as splitting, cracking, and warping, will likely require more effort to repair. In some extreme cases, partitions in your flooring may need to be replaced.

The project we completed here has stair noses that we customized for our client. They wanted to use their Vinyl flooring material and create squared edge nosing. Our client loves how this turned out✨

- Open stairs have one open side – with a stair railings.
