Today’s Sourdough 101 class at BBco was incredible. I had the privilege of teaching 8 wonderful ladies on sourdough baking basics. I am so excited to hear how their loaves turn out!! More classes coming soon! Link in bio ✨

Edmond showed up and showed out at the and we sold out for the first time. What a feeling!! Thank you Edmond for your love and support. Also blessed to have many special guests stop by to visit including my lovely mama and my sweet MIL Carolyn and FIL Nick, as well as many friends whom I missed getting photos with but was so thrilled to see! Thank you again and we can’t wait to see you at the market in two weeks!

We couldn't be more honored to announce Bison Baking Co. will be featured on a rotating schedule at the Edmond Farmers's Market! Come see us this Saturday from 8a-1p at the Edmond Farmer's Market - Festival Marketplace, Downtown Edmond. We will have samples, stickers for the kids, free Lebanese Lemonade and of course, delicious baked goods! Can't wait!!

It was a great day for a beginner sourdough bread class! My students were amazing and I can’t wait to do it again!! Next time I will remember to take a class photo!!
