For a lot of kids today, a new school year means new teachers, new friends, new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow!
From all of us at TriForce Restoration, we want to wish our local students, teachers, school staff, and parents a safe, successful, and GREAT school year!

Dogs get sprayed by a skunk? Home now smells like skunk 🦨!? We got you!
🔥 Your attic could be over 140° right now…
Extreme attic temperatures can make your HVAC work harder, put additional stress on your roof, and turn a small leak into a much bigger water damage problem.
💧 Drip of the Week: If you notice a water stain on your ceiling, DON’T wait until it starts dripping. Catching it early could save you

Give me 60 seconds, and I might save you $500–$5,000.
With Oklahoma’s extreme heat, don’t overwork your HVAC system. Change your air filter regularly—some homes, especially those with pets or heavy use, may need a new filter every month.
I just left a fire loss here in Oklahoma caused by a window A/C unit that ran 24/7 to cool one hot room. The unit overheated and caught fire.
A few minutes of maintenance today can help prevent expensive damage tomorrow.

🐅 Happy International Tiger Day! 🐅
A few fun tiger facts:
🐯 Every tiger has a unique stripe pattern—just like a fingerprint.
🏊 Tigers are powerful swimmers and actually enjoy the water.
🌙 They have outstanding night vision, making them incredible hunters after dark.
⚖️ Adult males can weigh over 600 pounds.
🌎 Fewer than 5,600 wild tigers are estimated to remain worldwide.
Tigers are an apex predator, helping keep ecosystems healthy and balanced. Protecting their habitats also protects countless other species that share the same forests.
Every effort to conserve wildlife helps ensure future generations can continue to enjoy these amazing animals.

Not all restoration companies handle equipment the same way—but we believe your property deserves better.
The ANSI/IICRC S500 Standard, which is the industry guide for professional water damage restoration, states:
"Tools and equipment should be cleaned and decontaminated or contained on the job site before being loaded for transport away from the site."
Notice that it doesn't say this only applies to Category 2 or Category 3 water losses. This applies regardless of the category of loss.
The fans in these photos came from a Category 1 (clean water) loss, and they're still being thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated before they're ever used again.
At TriForce Restoration, we believe the equipment we bring onto your property should arrive clean, decontaminated and ready to work. That's why every piece of equipment IS cleaned, decontaminated, and inspected before it goes back into service.
We will never bring dirty equipment onto your property.
It's one of the many ways we're committed to doing the job the right way—not the easy way.
