Very cold temperatures are coming starting tonight and tomorrow. Make sure to drip faucets and keep apartment temperatures at 65°F. Stay Warm and safe!

With the winter weather in full swing - reminder for all tenants to make sure that your faucets are dripping and your heater is set to 65 degrees.

If you have a maintenance emergency please call our office at 405-341-8911 option #2 for after hours emergency.

Office will be staffed for the remainder of the day until 5:30PM.

Vines at Edmond's office staff wants to say a huge thank you to our awesome maintenance technician, Dave, who braved the extreme cold weather yesterday to take care of an emergency plumbing issue. If you happen to see Dave out and about today, give him a quick high five!

Good Afternoon Vines at Edmond Residents! Over the weekend there is a small possibility that an arctic blast will reach the metro area which could cause freezing conditions. We ask that you keep your faucets dripping and cabinets open to ensure your furnace helps to keep pipes from freezing. Additionally, we have put bags of ice melt at the top of each stair landing so if you are in need of going down the stairs and there is ice present you are able to salt the stairs.

In the event of suspected frozen pipes, please call our emergency maintenance line immediately. Thank you and stay warm!

Please be advised, the leasing office will be open on Friday, November 29th, from 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Unfortunately, we will not be open for the afternoon. If you have any urgent matters that will need to be discussed on Friday, please ensure that you come to or call the office between those times. Thank you!

Hi Residents! Our area is currently under a freeze warning.

Please take note of the following precautions!

- Drip faucets on cold with the stopper open.
- Keep the heat on and above 65°F.
- Open cabinet doors under sinks to circulate warm air around pipes.
- If you'll be away, provide our leasing office with an emergency phone number.

Hi Vines at Edmond Residents!! In observation of Thanksgiving - we will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, 2024. We hope you all have a fabulous holiday!

Good Morning Vines at Edmond! Due to inclement weather today, 11/04/2024, the leasing office will not be opening until 11:00 AM today. In case of a maintenance emergency, please call (405)341-8911 and dial "2" to reach our emergency maintenance team. The office drop box is available near the front door to allow for rent payments to be made. Please check back for any additional updates that may be sent out. Be safe & weather aware, today!

We have reached out to all winners in the spooky door and patio contest and will make the official winner announcement as soon as all tenants have been reached. BUT - we know you're all itching to see some super spooky patios and porches so here are some photos!

Because of possible inclement weather, we have decided to shift all games, food, and our photo booth inside the leasing office. Not to worry, though! Trunks will still be open for trick or treating - just don't forget your umbrella!
