Happy holidays! Christmas and New Year’s Day are recognized holidays of OU Health, our clinics and pharmacies will be closed or open limited hours in recognition. As always, all OU Health emergency rooms will be open as normal over the holiday.

Tuesday, July 4, we will celebrate Independence Day, a federal holiday that commemorates the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration of Independence was signed on July 4, 1776, and announced the separation of the American colonies from Great Britain – officially establishing the United States of America.

The Fourth of July is often associated with fireworks and cookouts, but the holiday is truly a day symbolizing freedom for all in the U.S.

Today, we had the honor of presenting OU Health Edmond Medical Center Autumn Life Behavioral Health Center with a $20,000 donation from our 2022 Cycle 66 race. We could not be more grateful to shine a light on the amazing work happening at Autumn Life - a geriatric psychiatry inpatient center dedicated to helping the unique needs of adults 55 and older.

All of our rider registrations fees go to a cause in our direct community, so we couldn't do this without YOU! Thank you for joining us in celebrating Route 66, cycling, and our community!

MLK Holiday Clinic Hours 2023 In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, OU Health ambulatory clinics – both adult and pediatric – are closed Monday, Jan. 16. All onsite Labs will also be closed.

OU Health Physicians clinics in Edmond will close at noon on Friday, Dec. 23 and Friday, Dec. 30, but will remain open on the federally observed holidays of Monday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan. 2.
