This sweet girl wanted to be The Very Hungry Caterpillar (book by Eric Carle) for Halloween. I tried to capture the child like whimsy of the books illustrations. I’m in love with the colors! Watching her big giggling grin, bounce, twirl, and flap her wings filled my heart!
I did not use a pattern.

Made from 100% cotton thread and fabric, with microwave safe cotton batting inside, these are safe to microwave for up to 2 minutes! Put your bowl in the cozy before putting it into the microwave, and no more burning hands when you pull it out! They also work great for cold bowls of ice cream. Machine washable, warm iron if desired.
