The Muskovies are settling in nicely, they aren’t fully a part of the flock yet but they are getting there, they are quite happy in each other’s company though 💜

My trio of turkens is always around when I’m doing stuff they have to be a part of everything I do here they are “helping” me move these containers
The ducks lovvveeee when we refill the pool every day it’s party time ! Fun fact about ducks, you can tell which one is Freckles the drake because he has curls at the very back of his butt his tail feathers actually grow like that it appears when they hit sexual maturity and they also get a distinct raspy voice as opposed to the classic quack of a female duck, pretty cool huh?

The two main men, Eggberto the rooster and Freckles the Drake, each of them plays a vital role in their flock in keeping the hens safe from would be predators and they keep the flock in harmony if either of them was missing it would be a different dynamic the hens can get out of control, they are the warriors of the flock and we thank them for their vigilance

The beautiful hens of Sunset Farm, they enjoy roaming every day in a safe space, they enjoy looking for bugs, sun bathing and rolling in the dirt and being social with their family
