You know what I think is incredible?

The fact that Niki McClain has the ability to SEE each and every agent, to recognize each persons gifts and potential. This might seem like an easy thing but when you have 40+ agents and you can describe each one of them to the point that we all knew each agent before their name was called, that my friends is a gift. Shes humble and shares all the credit with us as a collection of people but she really is the heart & we are so lucky to have her!
