To get the start-up service, please be sure your inside water valve is turned ON. Sometimes you will hear a loud banging noise as the pipes filled up with water.

Before you get winterized you must have the water valve turned off. As soon as you are done watering, you can switch the valve off.

Winter blow-outs end in November. If you have not already, be sure to schedule with us to avoid damage to your system. LASSIrrigation.com

This Friday is going to get cold! ⛄️ If you did not get the winter blow-out yet, it might be a good idea to wrap your backflow in a rag or an old coat. All of your other valves are kept warm under ground.

Don't forget to call for your winter blow out!

Yes, we are winterizing! Things may not be back to normal, but we are resuming our regular winterizing schedule. Simply have your inside water valve shut OFF and our technicians can safely do everything outside your house. Keep your eye out for the winterizing card with your date.

If your clock is not working properly:

1. Check GFI switch; be sure there is power to outlet

2. Unplug for 10 seconds and plug back in

3. Buy contact spray and spray any wire contact; you can find contact spray here:

What do I do if there is a wet spot in my lawn?

There are many reasons for excess water in your yard. If you think it may be the sprinkler system, you can troubleshoot this concern by turning off the main valve to the sprinkler system and wait a few days. If the wet spot dries up, call for service.
