First section of a 4” slab for the new modular units at FDR school. Nearly 13,000 SqFt in total. Under the slab, strip footings have been tied to the new slab with steel, as well as haunches against the walls. Everyone, even the masons are out with the proper PPE. “Safety is no accident”

A beautiful job by our masonry crew. Here we demolished two old stairways and concrete sidewalks. All new foundations for the stairs. With the experience and knowledge of our crews, we were able to track down a close match to the mortar and brick used originally on the house. This brick was no longer being made as of 1979, an Ohio product. @ Edison, New Jersey

A bit of a throwback to our foundation work for our long time client, . Here we saw cut, and excavated for foundations that held two pre-fab modular units. Our work scope included utility trenching, concrete/masonry, and a new opening in a masonry wall for a vestibule.

“Single file”

A client in Heller Industrial Paris needed some protection for their generator. In two work days, from start to finish, we core drilled 14” holes for 6” steel bollards.
