Starting next week, businesses, churches, and other organizations will begin collecting school supplies for United Way of Johnson County's Fast Track program. We need your help now more than ever, as we have a significant increase in the amount of children registered to receive supplies this year compared to years past.

We have many Edinburgh Lions Club members that play Euchre here on M/W/F. Stop in to purchase a ticket for the fundraiser breakfast that kicks off the Firecracker Festival on July 4!

We have 14 geese signed up for the Patriotic Porch Goose Contest to celebrate the nation's 250th anniversary!

🪿Participants: We will come by to take a picture of your goose on Friday or Saturday. Pictures will be displayed at the Community Center and an album created on Monday.

Public Voting: June 15-30

Calling all bakers! 🥧 The Edinburgh Delta Sigma Chapter of Tri Kappa is turning into the Pie Kappa for this year's festivities.
To enter:
🔴Drop off your pie (red, white, blue theme encouraged) at Edinburgh Methodist Church on Friday, July 3 between 3-5:30pm.
⚪️Please bring in disposable pie plate.
🔵Winner announced Saturday, July 4 on the stage after the Golf Cart Parade (approx 2pm)

Our first Yard of the Week winner for 2026 is the Aldridge yard on the corner of E Main Cross and Grant St! Always cut, trimmed, and full of color. This home has even changed colors over the past year from gray to green. The Aldridges won local goodies and a sign to display for the next week.
