This weekend is Youth Deer Season in Indiana! Good luck to all of the youth hunters who are participating!

A friendly reminder to the “adult” who is accompanying the youth hunter; you are not allowed to carry a shotgun, rifle, crossbow, bow, arrows, or muzzleloader while out with the youth hunter, AND you are not allowed to pull the trigger of any equipment the youth hunter is using to help harvest an animal.

It’s their hunt, don’t turn it into yours.

I had a great hunter education class this weekend. All students passed their test and earned their hunter education card. Thanks to Mike Marsh Harold Brewer and ICO Jay Noble for their help and expertise. Thanks to Atterbury Shooting Complex for letting us use the range. My Amigo Sandy was unable for attend. She had an important engagement with her son at the CGIP WGI world championships in Dayton

June 10-11
August 5-6
