It's about engaging with your body's natural modes of movement. It's about engaging with your body, brain and spirit to bring them into one shared space, so you can PLAY!

It's the original form of athleticism, and that's why we love it so much.

Due to the expected travel conditions tonight and tomorrow, we are closing. We are expecting to be open on Friday, as the main storm will have passed. Enjoy the snow day!

We've already had a coach get stuck, and have heard and seen bad things already today, so we have decided to close to not encourage people to try leaving and getting stuck themselves.

Due to the predicted dangerous travel conditions this evening, we have decided to close today as well. We will keep you informed about Friday's classes, but as of now they are still taking place.
