Nine weeks ago this client was wheeled into my office in a wheelchair. This week he walked in on forearm crutches.

I’m genuinely encouraged by his progress and feel privileged to be a part of his care team alongside his neurologists and physical therapists.

This is a good reminder of what’s possible when everyone is working together. I collaborate regularly with conventional medicine providers on cases like these — and outcomes like this are exactly why that matters.

Know someone who could benefit? Send this their way.

This is where we start.

Phase I is the foundation of The Axon Method: a 3-4 month guided program built around your body’s data.

We use a full-body BioScan to generate 68 pages of data, identify your highest-priority imbalances, and build a personalized protocol around exactly that.

If you’ve been trying to figure out what your body needs, but labs are all “normal” - this is how we find out.

Discovery calls are free. Link in bio to book yours.

There’s a difference between simply “not eating” and intentionally preparing the body for a fast.

Over the next few days, I’m shifting into nutritional ketosis using targeted support: exogenous ketones, healthy saturated fats from organic raw coconut butter, omega-3 fatty acids, and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.

The goal is metabolic flexibility.

By increasing fat utilization before a fast, the transition tends to feel smoother, energy becomes more stable, and the body can more efficiently tap into stored fuel reserves. Supporting the body with key fats and nutrients during this phase also helps maintain cellular function while reducing reliance on constant glucose intake.

Most people hear the word “stress” and immediately think of emotions or mental overwhelm.

But through the lens of the functional health paradigm, a stressor is anything that interferes with normal physiological function.

That could look like:
• Chronic inflammation
• Poor sleep and recovery
• Toxic burden
• Bacterial, viral, fungal, or parasitic stress
• Nutrient deficiencies
• Blood sugar instability
• Nervous system dysregulation
• Suppressed emotion, chronic tension, or unresolved psychological load

The body does not separate physical stress from emotional stress. It responds to all input through the same physiology.

This is why two people can eat the same food, live in the same city, or experience similar circumstances, yet have completely different health outcomes.

The question is not simply:
“What diagnosis do you have?”

The deeper question is:
“What stressors has your system been adapting to, compensating for, or overwhelmed by?”

That shift in perspective changes everything.

If you’re tired of chasing symptoms and want to better understand the deeper patterns influencing your health, follow along. This is the work we do every day at Axon Movement.

If what you’re hearing resonates, and you want to discuss your case - send a DM and we’ll setup a free discovery call 🧠

Physical symptoms have a way of slowly pulling people away from the things they love.

For athletes, that can mean training less, hesitating during movement, avoiding competition, or wondering if their body is starting to work against them.

You do not have to accept that as your new normal.

At , we work with athletes of all ages and abilities to better understand how the neuromuscular system, movement patterns, and overall physiology may be contributing to symptoms and performance limitations.

Whether you’re a competitive athlete, or just someone who wants to keep doing what you love without fear or limitation, show up. Start addressing the problem before it takes more from you.

Your body is always communicating. The sooner you listen, the better the outcome tends to be.

Viscerosomatic reflex testing allows us to assess how the nervous system is responding to specific organ systems. By mapping reflex points, we gather real-time feedback on the body’s response patterns that help guide targeted care.

Viscerosomatic Reflex Testing (VSRT) is one of many assessment tools we use to gain insight into the current state of our clients’ physiology.

Axon Movement is built on three pillars.

I. Natural medicine and functional health.
II. Neuromuscular care for pain and movement.
III. Neuroemotional reset.

Most approaches focus on one of these.

We work across all three because they are not separate systems.

The nervous system connects everything.

Stress influences physiology.
Physiology influences pain.
Pain feeds back into the nervous system.

That’s the model we operate from.

If you only address one layer, you often get partial or temporary results.
